"This is my second review of this place. I mostly come for the date shakes when I am passing through to and from Palm Springs. The shakes are excellent for taking on the road. The dates are also great. Plus, free samples in the store."

"Every time I go to Palm Springs I've always stopped in at Hadley's. Have been going there since I was a child. Now I get to bring my kids there to enjoy everything they have to offer. If you love dates you have to try their Dates Shakes, they're wonderful. A wonderful place to stop and get dried fruit, nuts and a whole lot more. Even though they're in a new location I do miss their old location. If you are in the area, you have to stop here. You definitely will not be disappointed."

"This is one of my favorite places to go on my lunch break. Not only do they have a deli, it doubles as a grocery store. There's a lot of different things your typical Vons or Albertson's wouldn't have. I highly recommend turkey bacon avocado Panini."

"The 5 stars is for the date shakes. We taste tested many while we were in Palm Springs, and this was easily the most date-flavored of them all! Soooo good. We learned they use ice milk instead of ice cream. I think this actually allowed the shake to taste more like dates, than like a vanilla shake with bits of date in it. Can't wait to go back."
